It would be easy to dismiss Premium Rush as a low-budget chase film that didn’t have the capital for actual cars. That would only be partially correct though. Everything about the film screams an indie, cult flick that does what it does for the sake of it. Fortunately, there’s more heart to it than what appears on the surface.
